If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order. To help us process your request efficiently, please provide an unboxing video that clearly shows the package label and the damaged product as proof.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Please note that customized, personalized, or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
